Counsellor – Patient Care, Communication & Conversion

About YATIKA IVF

YATIKA IVF, Patna is looking for a confident, compassionate, articulate and highly presentable Counsellor who can connect with patients, understand their emotions, provide information clearly and guide them throughout their journey.

We are looking for someone who can do much more than traditional counselling.

The ideal candidate should be excellent at communication, comfortable on camera, confident in public speaking, good at patient interaction and capable of building strong relationships with both patients and doctors.

Key Responsibilities

Patient Counselling

• Interact professionally with patients and couples.

• Understand their concerns, expectations, doubts and emotional needs.

• Explain fertility-related information in a simple and understandable manner.

• Help patients understand their consultation and treatment journey.

• Build trust and comfort during sensitive conversations.

• Handle patient questions with patience and empathy.

Patient Conversion & Follow-up

• Counsel genuine leads and help convert them into consultations and treatment journeys.

• Follow up with interested patients professionally.

• Understand patient objections and concerns.

• Build relationships rather than using aggressive sales techniques.

• Maintain proper records of patient interactions and follow-ups.

Video & Content Creation

This is an important part of the role.

• Appear confidently in front of the camera.

• Create informative IVF/fertility awareness Reels and short videos.

• Explain healthcare topics in a simple, clear and engaging way.

• Present information naturally rather than simply reading a script.

• Participate in educational and awareness content for YATIKA IVF's social media.

• Comfortable speaking confidently on camera is a major advantage.

Communication & Public Speaking

• Excellent verbal communication.

• Strong Hindi communication and good English communication preferred.

• Confident public speaking and presentation skills.

• Clear, professional and empathetic communication style.

• Excellent listening and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to communicate with different types of patients.

Doctor Coordination

• Coordinate professionally with doctors and the medical team.

• Assist doctors during patient interactions whenever required.

• Understand and communicate information according to the doctor's guidance.

• Maintain smooth coordination between patients, doctors and clinic staff.
