Job Title: Visa Counsellor

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Visa Counsellor to guide clients through the visa and immigration process. The candidate will be responsible for understanding client profiles, recommending suitable visa options, explaining documentation requirements, handling applications, and maintaining regular follow-ups with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel clients regarding Study, Work, Tourist, Business and PR visas.

• Understand client profiles and suggest suitable countries and visa categories.

• Explain visa requirements, eligibility criteria, application procedures and timelines.

• Assist clients with document preparation, verification and application filing.

• Ensure all applications and supporting documents are accurate and complete.

• Keep updated with the latest visa rules, immigration policies and embassy requirements.

• Follow up with clients regarding pending documents and application status.

• Maintain accurate client records, leads and follow-ups in CRM/Excel.

• Handle client queries professionally and provide timely updates.

• Assist clients with visa interview preparation and pre-departure guidance.

• Coordinate with internal teams, embassies, universities and other relevant authorities when required.

• Achieve assigned counselling, application and conversion targets.

• Build strong and long-term relationships with clients through professional service.

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication and counselling skills.

• Good English communication skills.

• Strong convincing and client-handling abilities.

• Knowledge of visa and immigration procedures.

• Good documentation and attention-to-detail skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office, Excel, Email and CRM.

• Ability to handle multiple clients and follow-ups.

• Target-oriented and positive attitude.

Qualification & Experience:

• Graduation in any stream preferred.

• Freshers with good communication and counselling skills can apply.

• 1–3 years of experience in Visa Consultancy, Immigration, Overseas Education or Counselling will be an advantage.
