Job Title : Semi Process Executive - Insurance Claims

Location : Rasoolpura, Hyderabad

Job Type : Full-time, Rotational Shifts (last shift time is 02:30 pm to 11:00 PM)

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries on insurance claims through calls, email, and chat.

• Provide updates on claim status, required documents, and payment timelines.

• Identify complex cases and escalate to the appropriate department.

• Maintain accurate interaction records and stay updated on claim policies and procedures.

Key Requirements:

• Education: Intermediate/Any graduate.

• Experience: 0.8 - 2 years in any voice process.

• Skills: Excellent verbal communication in English, Hindi, Telugu; strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Training: Comprehensive training on insurance products and processes provided.
