We are looking for a Seller Support Executive to join our team at Tech Mahindra Business Services. This role involves handling calls and chats, providing exceptional customer support, and addressing queries and concerns related to BPO. The role offers ₹13,000 - ₹17,102 and a dynamic environment with opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer calls in a professional and efficient manner
Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints with a problem-solving approach
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and candidate must be a fresher. You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints, offering relevant information, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. Candidates must be open to a 6 days working week during the Rotational shift.
Excellent English communication skills
Excellent typing speed and accuracy (40 WPM with 90 % accuracy)
Immediate joiner
Must not be pursuing any education
Comfortable for rotational shifts including night
