Responsibilities:
Monitor multiple client CCTV cameras in real-time from the monitoring system
Identify and report suspicious activities, unauthorized access, or security breaches
Immediately inform clients or supervisors in case of any alert or incident
Maintain logs of daily monitoring activities, alerts, and actions taken
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for incident handling
Ensure confidentiality and data security at all times
Coordinate with the internal team for technical or escalation support
Ensure continuous and attentive monitoring during the shift
