Key Responsibilities
🔹 1. Counselling Duties
Provide academic and personal guidance to students
Support students with emotional or behavioural concerns
Conduct one-on-one and group counselling sessions
Guide students on subject selection and career options
Maintain confidentiality of student information
Coordinate with parents regarding student progress
🔹 2. Administrative Duties
Maintain student records and counselling reports
Assist in admissions and student onboarding process
Schedule counselling sessions and parent meetings
Prepare reports for management
Coordinate school events and activities
Handle documentation and compliance requirements
