Key Responsibilities

🔹 1. Counselling Duties

• Provide academic and personal guidance to students

• Support students with emotional or behavioural concerns

• Conduct one-on-one and group counselling sessions

• Guide students on subject selection and career options

• Maintain confidentiality of student information

• Coordinate with parents regarding student progress

🔹 2. Administrative Duties

• Maintain student records and counselling reports

• Assist in admissions and student onboarding process

• Schedule counselling sessions and parent meetings

• Prepare reports for management

• Coordinate school events and activities

• Handle documentation and compliance requirements

Skills Required

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic knowledge of psychology and child development

• Record-keeping and documentation skills

• Problem-solving ability

• Confidentiality and ethical conduct
