We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The Telecaller will be responsible for contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about products or services, answer queries, and close sales or generate leads.
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Explain products or services and answer customer questions.
Generate leads and set appointments for the sales team.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
Maintain a record of calls and customer details in the system.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
Handle customer objections professionally.
Coordinate with the sales team for closures.
High school diploma or graduate (preferred).
Proven experience as a telecaller, telemarketer, or similar role (preferred but not mandatory).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good persuasion and negotiation skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM systems).
Ability to work under targets and pressure.
Strong listening skills and patience.
