Telecaller / Tele Sales Executive

Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller / Tele Sales Executive to join Velvorax Software Solution. The candidate will be responsible for contacting business clients, explaining our CRM software solutions, and generating potential leads for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to business owners and potential clients

• Explain Velvorax CRM software and its benefits

• Generate interested leads and schedule product demos

• Follow up with clients and maintain communication

• Maintain call records and update customer information

• Support the sales and marketing team in lead conversion

Requirements

• Good communication skills in English and local language

• Basic computer knowledge

• Ability to convince and communicate with clients

• Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets
