The Web Lead Tele Caller is responsible for handling online (web) inquiries received through websites, portals, and digital campaigns. The role focuses on contacting potential customers, understanding their requirements, scheduling showroom visits or test rides, and converting leads into sales.
Contact customers generated through web leads, social media, and online portals.
Explain two-wheeler models, features, prices, offers, and finance options over calls.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable two-wheeler models.
Fix appointments for showroom visits and test rides.
Follow up regularly with customers until conversion.
Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and customer feedback in CRM.
Coordinate with the sales team for smooth lead handover and conversion.
Ensure timely closure of leads and achieve assigned targets.
Handle customer queries and resolve basic concerns professionally.
Prepare daily and weekly lead status reports.
Good communication skills in local language and basic English.
Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
Customer-focused and result-oriented approach.
Ability to handle objections and follow up effectively.
Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Excel, calling systems).
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
0–2 years of experience in telecalling or sales (automobile experience preferred).
