Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Coordinator with good communication and coordination skills to support our sales and business development activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle client calls, emails and WhatsApp communication.

• Regular follow-up with existing and prospective clients.

• Coordinate with clients regarding enquiries, meetings and site visits.

• Share company profiles, quotations and other required documents with clients.

• Follow up on submitted quotations and maintain their status.

• Maintain and update client/lead data in Excel.

• Coordinate with the internal team for client requirements and updates.

• Assist the Business Development team with day-to-day sales activities.

• Maintain proper records of enquiries, follow-ups and client communication.

Candidate Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Client Coordination, Telecalling or a similar role.

• Good verbal and written communication skills.

• Comfortable with client calling and regular follow-ups.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Email and WhatsApp.

• Good coordination and record-maintaining skills.

• Candidates from East Delhi / nearby areas will be preferred.

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month, depending on experience, communication skills and interview.
