Job Opening: Telecaller / Telesales Executive (Building Materials)

Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic, persuasive, and results-driven Telecaller / Telesales Executive with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting prospective clients including architects, builders, contractors, dealers, and individual homeowners to introduce our range of high-quality building materials, understand their project requirements, generate leads, and follow up to close sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Outbound Calling & Lead Generation: Call prospective leads (architects, builders, contractors, interior designers, and individual buyers) to pitch our building material products.

• Requirement Gathering: Engage with prospective customers to understand their project scope, required product specifications, and timeline.

• Product Explanation & Consultation: Clearly explain product features, technical benefits, finishes, and applications to match customer needs.

• Lead Qualification & Follow-up: Qualify potential leads and maintain consistent follow-ups for ongoing inquiries, price quotes, and product samples.

• CRM & Database Management: Accurately record customer interactions, feedback, call status, and lead details in the CRM/Excel database.

• Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback on pricing, competitor products, and market demand to share with the internal team.
  

Key Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: 1 to 3 years of telecalling or telesales experience.

• Education: Minimum Higher Secondary (10+2) or Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

• Languages: Fluency in Hindi and functional knowledge of English.

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and convincing abilities over the phone.

• Computer Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel/Word) or CRM software.

• Attitude: Target-driven, patient, polite, and persistent in customer follow-ups.

• Location: Dwarka Sec - 14, Delhi.

• Timing: 10:00 to 06:00 pm (Mon - Sat)
