Key Responsibilities

• Maintain client database and records

• Prepare quotations and invoices

• Handle email communication with clients

• Coordinate with the sales team

• Manage inquiries from IndiaMART and other B2B platforms

• Prepare daily/weekly reports

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and dealers

• Explain company products and services clearly

• Generate and maintain leads in CRM/Excel

• Follow up with interested clients

• Schedule appointments for the sales team

• Maintain daily call reports

🔹 Requirements

• Good communication skills (Hindi required, basic English preferred)

• Confident and persuasive speaking ability

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email)

• Target-oriented mindset

• Positive and energetic personality
