Job Summary

We are looking for energetic Sales Telecallers to join our inside-sales team. You will contact prospective schools, sports clubs, and retailers to introduce our sports uniform collections, explain our unique design & fit advantages, and convert inquiries into orders. This role is perfect for smart, persuasive freshers who want to start a sales career in the sports/apparel industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to leads (schools, academies, clubs, retailers) and respond to inbound inquiries.

• Present product features: fabric, sizing, design accuracy, customization and bulk-order benefits.

• Explain and promote our unique uniform designs and ensure clients understand correct design/spec requirements.

• Capture lead details in CRM, follow up regularly, and update sales activity logs.

• Convert prospects to confirmed orders or schedule B2B meetings/demos.

• Coordinate with the design & production team to ensure client specifications (size charts, logos, colors) are correctly captured.

• Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets.

Job Requirements

• Minimum qualification: High school / Intermediate (any stream).

• Experience: Freshers only — we provide full training.

• Strong verbal communication in English and Hindi.

• Pleasant phone manner, confident persuasion skills, and good listening.

• Basic computer knowledge: MS Excel / Google Sheets, and willingness to learn CRM.

• Good organizational skills and attention to detail (important for recording uniform design specs).

Must-have Skills (Top 3)

1. Effective spoken English & Hindi — clear, professional telecalling.

2. Tele-sales / Persuasion — ability to handle objections and close calls.

3. Basic computer & CRM usage — record keeping and follow-ups.

Assets & Documents (to bring at interview)

• Smartphone with working internet (for demos & WhatsApp follow-ups).

• Valid ID (Aadhaar / Voter / Driving License) and 1 passport-size photo.

• Updated resume and educational certificate.
