Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for communicating with potential and existing customers over phone, explaining our services, and generating leads or sales opportunities. The Telecaller should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle customer queries effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain company services.

2.Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally.

3.Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.

4.Maintain a record of calls, customer details, and feedback in the database.

5.Follow up with prospective customers to convert leads into sales.

6.Provide accurate information about products or services.

7.Maintain good customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

8.Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1.Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.

2.1-2 years of experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales.

3.Good communication and convincing skills.

4.Basic knowledge of computers and CRM tools.

5.Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.

6.Fluency in Hindi, Marathi, or English is preferred.
