Customer Guidance: Explaining various loan products, interest rates, and tenure options to help clients choose the best fit.

Application Submission: Forwarding completed applications to the financial institution and following up until disbursal.

Documentation: Collecting and verifying necessary paperwork (KYC, income proof) to ensure the application meets the lender's criteria.
