You will be expected to perform the following duties:

• Initiate high-volume outbound calls and handle inbound enquiries, converting interest into qualified leads

• Schedule showroom visits, test drives, and valuation appointments with prospective buyers and sellers

• Deliver compelling product information on vehicle specifications, pricing, financing, and ongoing offers

• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to drive referrals and repeat business

• Coordinate with the on-ground sales team for seamless lead handover and deal closure

• Maintain accurate, same-day CRM records of all customer interactions (Salesforce, Zoho, or equivalent)

• Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets
