Job Summary

We are looking for a serious, committed, and result-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in sales or business development and be comfortable working in a target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through outbound calling and other sales activities.

• Convert leads and achieve assigned sales targets.

• Manage multiple projects and sales activities simultaneously.

• Conduct regular client follow-ups and maintain strong relationships.

• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales data.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales activities.

• Take complete ownership of assigned responsibilities and deliver results.

Candidate Requirements

• 3–4 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or a related field.

• Strong communication, persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Strong ownership, accountability, and result-oriented approach.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.

• Good client relationship management skills.
