Experience: Freshers / 1–2 years

Salary: ₹15,000–₹25,000 per month

Languages Required: Kannada, English, and Hindi

Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Sales Executives to join our team at IKONIX Perfumer. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and an interest in sales and customer relationship management. Freshers and candidates with 1–2 years of experience are welcome to apply.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Promote and sell the company's perfume products to potential customers.

- Identify new sales opportunities and generate leads.

- Explain product features, fragrances, benefits, and pricing to customers.

- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.

- Follow up with prospective customers to convert leads into sales.

- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.

- Maintain records of sales, customer interactions, and follow-ups.

- Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth sales operations.

- Provide excellent customer service and handle customer queries professionally.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in Kannada, English, and Hindi.

- Basic sales, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

- Ability to work towards sales targets.

- Freshers can apply; prior sales experience of 1–2 years is an advantage.
