CRM (Customer Relationship Management)- Job Responsibilities

1. Building long-term relationships with new and existing customers

2. Identifying key customers

3. Business administration

4. Overseeing customer data and account management

5. Advising customers on new services or products

6. Identifying new business and liaising with the sales team to generate revenue

7. Developing the customer journey

8. Finding solutions for customer issues

9. Overseeing the relationship with customers handled by team.
