Job Responsibilities:

• Promote the company's healthcare services and government health schemes.

• Identify and connect with new customers, hospitals, institutions, and potential business partners.

• Generate new leads and explore business development opportunities.

• Conduct field visits and meet with potential clients and stakeholders.

• Explain the company's services and projects to prospective clients.

• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information and guidance.

• Follow up with leads and maintain strong relationships with clients.

• Participate in marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and business development initiatives.

• Maintain daily activity, field visit, and lead follow-up reports.

• Achieve assigned marketing and business development targets.

• Contribute to the overall growth and expansion of the organization.

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good command of Marathi, Hindi, and English.

• Willingness to work in the field.

• Strong customer handling and follow-up skills.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
