Job Role: Inside Sales Manager (Female Only)

CTC: 20K – 25K in hand + Incentives

Locations: Wood Street – Kolkata

Mohali(sec 70), Chandigarh(sec 22), Zirakpur

Working Hours: Mon – Sat (10 AM to 6:30 PM)

No of Opening: 1 each branch

Age: max 35years

Preferred Industry: Any

Criteria:

• Any Graduate

• 2-3 years of experience in Inside sales & Customer handling

• Mandatory strong communication in English, Hindi, Bengali

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the inside sales/tele-calling team (CREs).

• Handle walk-in customers

• Generate references from customers.

• Drive lead generation and conversion for gold loan/gold purchase business

• Monitor daily calling activities, follow-ups, and productivity of the team

• Ensure achievement of branch-wise and overall business targets (in grams/value)

• Provide training, coaching, and regular feedback to improve team performance

• Handle escalations and ensure high customer satisfaction

• Maintain and review MIS reports (calls, leads, conversions, revenue)

• Ensure adherence to company policies and calling standards
