We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Operations Executive to manage daily sales activities, monitor field operations, and support ERP implementation. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth coordination between sales teams and management while driving data accuracy and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Daily sales coordination & MIS reporting

✅ Monitor & validate DCR (Daily Call Reports)

✅ Compile and verify monthly field attendance

✅ Weekly cross-validation of daily reports

✅ Track promotional gift utilization & reporting

✅ Prepare monthly KPI reports and performance trends

✅ Support ERP development, implementation & training

✅ Drive process improvements for sales efficiency

Requirements

🎓 MBA in Operations / Business Administration

📊 5–10 years of experience in Sales Coordination / Operations

💻 Strong skills in MS Excel, MIS & data reporting

⚙️ Working knowledge of ERP systems (preferred)

🗣 Excellent communication, coordination & presentation skills

💼 Self-driven, proactive, and presentable personality
