• Experience Required: Experience in Business Loan (BL) / LAP Sales preferred
• Salary: Salary will depend on the candidate’s ability, experience, and previous experience in the same industry, along with attractive incentives (depending on interview performance).

Job Responsibilities:

• Follow up on leads generated by the tele-calling team and arrange customer meetings.
• Explain loan products, interest rates, repayment terms, and processing details to customers.
• Generate business through references, networking, and market activities.
• Collect and verify KYC and required loan documents.
• Coordinate with customers for loan processing and disbursement follow-up.
• Submit completed customer files to the operations team.
• Maintain good customer relationships for repeat business.
• Handle customer queries related to loan applications and services.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Maintain daily sales reports and customer follow-up records.
