Maintain strong communication with clients and internal departments.
Handle escalations, solve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports for management.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Plan, organize and improve processes for better efficiency.
Conduct team meetings, training, and performance reviews.
Strong leadership & team management skills.
Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Time management and multitasking ability.
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Excel).
Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred).
Prior experience in team handling or operations is an advantage.
