  • Client Meetings & Pitching: Conduct in-person meetings with potential clients, High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs), and corporate decision-makers to deliver customized business presentations and tailored solutions.

  • Lead Conversion & Negotiation: Systematically follow up on inbound and outbound leads, address client objections effectively, and close deals through strategic, win-win negotiations.

  • Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure retention, repeat business, and organic client referrals.

  • Market Intelligence: Monitor and analyze business trends, competitor strategies, and prospective market opportunities specific to the Goa region.

  • Pipeline Tracking: Maintain and update daily/weekly meeting logs, follow-up actions, and sales pipeline metrics on the CRM dashboard to achieve revenue targets.

  • Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 2 - 6+ years of experience. The role involves resolving customer complaints, providing right information and escalating complex problems to the relevant department when needed. Candidates must be open to a 6 days working week during the Day shift.
