About the Role :

YT Overseas is looking for a Sales Executive to join our Guntur team. The candidate will be responsible for counselling prospective students, following up with leads, and converting enquiries into successful admissions.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle and follow up with student enquiries and leads.

Understand students' academic background, career goals, and study-abroad interests.

Provide information about universities, courses, intakes, fees, and admission requirements.

Counsel students regarding suitable overseas education options.

Maintain regular follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.

Convert qualified leads into applications and admissions.

Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records.

Coordinate with the admissions and visa teams for smooth processing.

Achieve assigned sales and admission targets.

Build positive relationships with students and parents.

Requirements:

6 months to 1 year of experience in sales, counselling, education consultancy, or a related field.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.

Comfortable speaking with students and parents over calls.

Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Candidates with overseas education/consultancy experience will be preferred.
