Position 1: Sales Executive – 3 Vacancy (Only for Female)

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle customer enquiries and provide information about flowers, bouquets and other products.

• Attend customer calls and take orders over the phone.

• Handle walk-in customers and assist them in selecting suitable products.

• Follow up with customers regarding orders, requirements and delivery.

• Maintain good customer relationships and provide excellent customer service.

• Coordinate with the team for order preparation and timely delivery.

• Support daily sales activities and help achieve sales targets.

• Handle customer queries and resolve basic issues professionally.

Requirements:

• Good communication and customer-handling skills.

• Basic knowledge of sales and customer service.

• Ability to handle phone calls and customer enquiries.

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Position 2: Computer / Online Order Handler – 2 Vacancy

Job Responsibilities:

• Check and manage orders received through online platforms.

• Handle and update online orders accurately on the computer.

• Maintain order details, customer information and delivery details.

• Coordinate with the sales and delivery team for timely order processing.

• Monitor incoming online orders and ensure they are processed properly.

• Handle basic computer work related to orders and daily operations.

• Respond to online customer queries when required.

• Maintain proper records of completed, pending and cancelled orders.

Requirements:

• Basic computer knowledge is mandatory.

• Good knowledge of internet and online platforms.

• Good typing and data-entry skills.

• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple orders.

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
