Key Responsibilities
Identify and contact potential clients interested in overseas opportunities (study, work, or migration).
Counsel customers about available services, countries, and processes.
Follow up on leads via calls, WhatsApp, email, or in-person meetings.
Maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve monthly targets.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and application processes.
Keep records of client interactions and update CRM systems.
Required Skills
Good communication skills (English + Telugu usually preferred).
Basic knowledge of sales techniques and customer handling.
Ability to convince and negotiate effectively.
Target-oriented and self-motivated mindset.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
Qualifications
Any graduate (preferred, but sometimes flexible).
Prior experience in sales, especially in overseas consultancy, is a plus.
Work Environment
Office-based role in Guntur.
May involve calling and meeting clients.
