We are looking for a Customer Sales Executive to join our team at WEBNEST LEGAL SOLUTIONS PVT LTD. The role offers a fixed in-hand salary plus incentives and involves handling customer calls and selling company services while delivering excellent customer support. Key Responsibilities:

Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls professionally
Explain company services clearly and convert inquiries into sales
Address customer questions, concerns, and service-related issues
Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-ups
Provide timely solutions and ensure customer satisfaction
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery
Achieve assigned sales and performance targets

Job Requirements:

Minimum qualification: 10th Pass / 12th Pass / Graduate
Experience: Freshers to 1–2 years (training will be provided)
Good communication skills in English & Hindi
Customer-focused and sales-oriented approach
Willing to work 6 days a week

Working Hours:

10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
