Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls professionally and convert leads into customers.

• Understand customer needs, present products or services, and offer suitable solutions.

• Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead and client information.

• Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.

• Follow up on leads through calls, WhatsApp, and emails to close deals.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers for repeat business and referrals.

• Work closely with marketing and product teams to improve lead quality and conversion.

• Handle customer queries, resolve complaints, and ensure a positive customer experience.

• Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and local language preferred).

• Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills.

• Persuasive, confident, and self-motivated attitude.

• Good listening skills and the ability to understand customer needs.

• Basic computer knowledge and experience with CRM tools or MS Office.

• Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.

• Positive attitude, team spirit, and eagerness to learn.

• Prior experience in Sales, BDE, Tele calling, Inside Sales, or BPO will be an added advantage.

Qualifications:

• Education: Graduate / Diploma in any field (MBA in Marketing or Sales preferred).

• Experience: 0–3 years (Freshers with good communication skills are welcome).

Key Metrics / KPIs:

• Lead generation and conversion rate.

• Daily call and follow-up volume.

• Customer satisfaction and retention rate.

• Achievement of monthly/quarterly sales targets.
