We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Support Executive to support our sales operations and ensure smooth coordination between customers and the sales team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic Excel knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:

Process, validate, and manage customer orders.
Generate and track sales leads.
Maintain and update customer and sales data in CRM/Excel sheets.
Coordinate and schedule meetings, calls, and conferences.
Ensure timely completion of online transactions and documentation.
Handle customer queries and provide prompt resolutions.
Support the sales team in achieving business targets.
Prepare reports and maintain accurate records.
