We are looking for a motivated Field Sales Executive to join our team in Surat. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, promoting our products, and driving sales in your assigned region.

Key Responsibilities:

- Client Engagement: Connect with potential clients and establish strong relationships to understand their needs and preferences.

- Product Promotion: Effectively present and demonstrate our products to customers, highlighting their benefits and features to encourage sales.

- Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by actively seeking new clients and following up with leads.

- Market Research: Gather information about competitors, market trends, and customer feedback to help improve our offerings.

- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions to ensure transparent communication with management.

Required Skills and Expectations:

- Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills are essential for effectively engaging with clients and presenting products.

- Persuasiveness: Ability to influence and persuade customers to make purchasing decisions.
