The Amazing Destination Private Limited is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Sales & Operations Executive to join our team in New Delhi.

Job Details:

• Experience: 1–3 Years

• Qualification: Postgraduate

• Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 In-Hand

• Location: New Delhi

• Working: 6 Days a Week

• Shift: Day Shift

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer calls, enquiries and follow-ups.

• Explain travel packages, hotels and other services to customers.

• Convert enquiries into bookings.

• Resolve customer queries and complaints.

• Coordinate with hotels, drivers, vendors and internal teams.

• Maintain customer records and follow up with leads.

• Ensure smooth coordination of bookings and tours.

Requirements:

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Customer-friendly attitude.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office, Email and WhatsApp.

• Experience in Travel & Tourism / Hospitality will be preferred.

• Candidates should be responsible, confident and willing to learn.
