We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Executive to join our team at Techradiance. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of sales experience who are eager to build a career in sales. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, interacting with customers, and supporting business growth through effective sales activities.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and reach out to potential customers through calls, emails, and meetings.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
Generate and qualify leads from various sources.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and existing customers.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Prepare sales reports and update CRM records.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and service delivery.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
0–1 year of experience in sales, business development, customer service, or a similar role.
Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
