We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Tender Sales professional to manage end-to-end tendering processes. The role involves identifying business opportunities through government and private tenders, preparing and submitting bids, ensuring compliance with tender requirements, and driving successful order closures to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Identify relevant government and corporate tenders through portals, newspapers, and other sources.
Prepare, review, and submit tender documents within the given deadlines.
Coordinate with internal departments (technical, finance, legal, operations) for accurate and competitive bid preparation.
Ensure compliance with eligibility criteria, technical specifications, and commercial terms.
Maintain and update tender trackers, records, and MIS reports.
Government Liaison
Follow up on submitted tenders, negotiate terms, and support order finalization.
Build and maintain relationships with tendering authorities, consultants, and clients.
Analyse tender results and provide feedback to management for process improvement.
Achieve sales targets through successful tender conversions.
