Role Overview - D2C Brand

Handle customer enquiries, convert leads into sales, and manage orders smoothly to ensure great customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Call/WhatsApp/chat customers to convert enquiries & abandoned carts
• Explain products, offers & close sales
• Process and verify orders accurately
• Coordinate with operations for timely dispatch
• Handle customer queries, complaints & follow-ups
• Maintain CRM records and sales reports

Requirements

• Good communication & persuasion skills
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Comfortable handling multiple customers
• English + Hindi required
• Experience in sales/CRM/customer support preferred
