About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our diamond jewellery showroom. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and ensuring a luxurious client experience aligned with our brand values.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them throughout the sales process

• Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable diamond/jewellery pieces

• Educate clients on diamond quality (4Cs) and product details

• Achieve individual and store sales targets

• Handle billing, invoicing, and POS system operations

• Build long-term relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals

• Assist with stock display, store upkeep, and inventory management

• Stay updated with the latest jewellery trends and product knowledge

• Maintain high standards of grooming and product presentation

• Support in-store events, promotions, and customer engagement activities

Requirements

• Proven experience in luxury retail or jewellery sales (diamond experience preferred)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong sales orientation and customer service mindset

• Basic understanding of diamonds, gold, and precious stones

• Well-groomed, confident, and presentable personality

• Proficiency in English and local language(s)

• Flexible with work hours, weekends, and holiday shifts

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field

• Certification in diamond grading (GIA/IGI) is a plus

• Familiarity with CRM systems and retail POS software
