Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to counsel prospective students and convert inquiries into enrollments. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, confidence in handling leads, and a passion for achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Contact and follow up with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and other communication channels.

Explain course features, fees, career opportunities, and payment options.

Convert leads into admissions while maintaining a high conversion rate.

Maintain accurate records of inquiries and follow-ups in the CRM or lead management system.

Build and nurture relationships with potential students and parents.

Coordinate with the marketing and academic teams for lead management and admission processes.

Meet weekly and monthly sales targets.

Handle walk-in inquiries and provide professional counselling.

Ensure an excellent experience for every prospective student from inquiry to enrollment.

Requirements

✔ Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).

✔ 1–3 years of experience in sales, counselling, telecalling, or business development.

✔ Freshers with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply.

✔ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and regional languages.

✔ Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.

✔ Goal-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Preferred Skills

Student counselling experience.

EdTech or education sales background.

Ability to handle objections and close admissions effectively.

Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
