Sales Executive cum Billing Executive – KPI

Sales KPIs:

Daily / Monthly sales target achievement

Upselling and cross-selling of accessories (earphones, chargers, covers, etc.)

Conversion rate of walk-in customers

Average bill value (ABV) improvement

Billing KPIs:

Accuracy in billing (zero error transactions)

Proper invoice generation with correct HSN codes and GST details

Timely billing during peak hours

Handling cash, UPI, and card payments efficiently

Customer Service KPIs:

Customer satisfaction and repeat visits

Product knowledge and correct guidance to customers

Complaint handling and quick resolution

Operational KPIs:

Stock verification and inventory management

Maintaining showroom cleanliness and product display

Coordination with team members and reporting to manager

Compliance KPIs:

Following company policies and billing procedures

Maintaining proper records and documentation
