Key Responsibilities (KRA)

• Strong follow-up skills are the highest priority to ensure timely conversions and customer satisfaction.

• Generate new leads and identify potential customers.

• Make outbound calls and follow up with prospective clients.

• Schedule and attend client meetings.

• Present company products and services professionally.

• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Negotiate pricing and successfully close sales deals.

• Prepare and send quotations and proposals.

• Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings and sales in the CRM or sales tracker.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution.

• Follow up with existing clients for repeat business and referrals.

• Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.

• Submit daily sales reports and activity updates.

• Maintain professional communication and represent the company positively.

• Be willing to travel for client meetings and site visits whenever required.

• Follow company policies and maintain confidentiality.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Strong persuasion and relationship-building abilities.

• Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

• Willingness to travel for business meetings.
