Customer Relationship Executives are responsible for driving sales growth while maintaining strong client satisfaction.Manage a portfolio of accounts with a primary focus on achieving sales targets and long-term revenue success.Develop positive relationships with clients and proactively identify sales opportunities based on customer needs.Act as the key point of contact for clients and support their individual requirements to retain and grow business.Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks, with emphasis on lead conversion and upselling.Resolve customer queries and service-related requirements in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.Supervise account representatives to ensure sales activities and performance meet company goals.Coordinate with clients and internal departments via calls or email to support sales closures and resolve pending queries.Report on the status of accounts, sales pipelines, and ongoing transactions.Follow up with clients regarding payments and ensure timely collections.
