Profile:- Sales Support Executive

Job Responsbilities

1. Routine Customer Communication

● Respond to standard inquiries.

● Send PI, PO acknowledgments, shipment updates.

● Confirm delivery timelines with logistics.

● Update customers on payment, dispatch status, and documents.

2. Order Processing

● Prepare PI based on Sales Coordinator inputs.

● Check stock with stores.

● Coordinate procurement requests. (Price / Delivery)

● Request logistics for freight / booking / delivery related matters.

● Ensure payment clearance with accounts.

3. Documentation & Records

● Maintain all excel / Gsheet files.

● Keep CRM or Excel trackers updated daily.

4. Follow-Up & Coordination

● Follow up internally with:

o Procurement for lead times/delivery

o Stores for stock readiness/packing planning & status monitoring

o Logistics for freight schedules / in transit shipments / shipping documents

o Accounts for payment clearance, debtor correct record

● Follow up with customers for PO, PI confirmation, pending info.

5. Execution of order on committed date

6. Administrative Tasks

● Maintain order status sheets.

● Update shipment schedules.

● Track pending documents.

● Keep the customer master list updated.

Requirement

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.

2-5 Years of experience in sales support, back-office operations, or coordination roles

Experience in manufacturing, trading, or industrial product companies.

Hands-on experience with CRM tools (Zoho CRM preferred).

Work Location: In person
