 Functional Area – Sales Executive         

·        Manage end-to-end sales operations for cosmetic and personal care products.

·        Develop and expand distribution network across retail, wholesale and modern trade channels.

·        Identify new market opportunities and generate leads to increase sales.

·        Maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, salons, and key clients.

·        Execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.

·        Conduct regular field visits for market coverage and business development.

·        Ensure product availability, visibility, and merchandising at retail outlets.

·        Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends in the cosmetics sector.

  Key Responsibilities – Sales Executive       

·        Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.

·        Identify new business opportunities in retail, wholesale, and distribution channels.

·        Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and retailers.

·        Promote cosmetic products to salons, beauty stores, and modern trade outlets.

·        Conduct regular market visits to generate leads and close sales.

·        Ensure proper product placement, visibility, and branding at retail outlets.

·        Monitor competitor activities and market trends in the cosmetics industry.

·        Handle client inquiries, negotiations, and order finalization.

·        Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional campaigns and schemes.

·        Achieve sales targets and report daily/weekly performance to management.
