💼 Job Summary
We are hiring a dynamic and field-oriented Area Sales Executive (B2B & Channel Sales) responsible for dealer/distributor network expansion and solar product business development in the Surat region.
👉 This is a pure B2B + Channel Sales + Field Sales role (NOT retail counter sales).
🔑 Key Responsibilities
Develop and expand dealer & distributor network (B2B Sales)
Generate new business through channel partners, installers & retailers
Conduct regular field visits and client meetings
Promote solar products and business solutions
Maintain strong relationships with dealers & distributors
Achieve monthly sales and business targets
Support onboarding of new channel partners
Collect market intelligence, competitor updates & pricing trends
Prepare daily field visit & sales reports
🧠 Skills Required
Strong communication, negotiation & convincing skills
Experience in B2B / Channel / Industrial Sales preferred
Target-oriented & field sales mindset
Ability to independently handle dealer/distributor network
Self-motivated, aggressive & result-driven personality
Knowledge of Surat market is an advantage
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
Education: MBA / BBA (Marketing preferred)
Experience: 1–5 years in
B2B Sales
Channel Sales
Dealer Network Sales
Solar / Electrical / FMCG / Industrial Sales
Male / Female candidates eligible
📌 Mandatory Requirements
Own two-wheeler (bike/scooter)
Valid driving license
Willingness for extensive field work & travel
Good knowledge of Surat & nearby industrial areas
