About Son Chiraiya:
Son Chiraiya designs and produces Kota zari sarees and Kota zari products, blending traditional craftsmanship with contemporary styling. We sell exclusively online to a discerning clientele.

Role Summary:
We seek a customer-focused Female Online Sales Associate to manage online sales, customer enquiries, and order fulfillment. You will represent Son Chiraiya’s brand voice, provide product guidance, and drive sales through digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle online customer enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media promptly and professionally.

• Advise customers on Kota zari sarees, fabric, weave, draping, and styling to match occasions and preferences.

• Process orders, coordinate payments, packaging, shipping, and returns; track deliveries until completion.

• Create persuasive product descriptions and recommend cross-sell/up-sell items.

• Maintain customer records, follow up for feedback, and build repeat-business relationships.

• Meet online sales targets and contribute to promotional campaigns.

• Assist with basic product photography inputs, inventory updates, and quality checks.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Female candidate preferred (local law permitting).

• 1+ year experience in online retail/customer service, preferably in apparel or ethnic wear.

• Good knowledge of Kota zari sarees or willingness to learn quickly.

• Excellent communication in Hindi; English proficiency preferred.

• Comfortable using WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, e‑commerce platforms, and basic billing tools.

• Strong customer service orientation, persuasive selling skills, and attention to detail.
