SALES CALLING EXECUTIVE / TELECALLER

JOB SUMMARY:
We seek an enthusiastic “Sales Calling Executive” to manage calls, generate leads, explain products/services, and close sales. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills and a customer focused mindset to meet sales targets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Make outbound sales calls to potential customers using provided leads/data

• Handle inbound customer queries and follow up on interested prospects

• Explain company products/services clearly and confidently

• Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities

• Maintain daily call reports and update customer details in CRM or Excel

• Follow up with prospects via calls and messages

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth sales closure

• Maintain professional relationships with customers

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate / Undergraduate in any discipline

• Prior experience in telecalling, sales calling, or customer support (Freshers can also apply)

• Excellent verbal communication skills (Hindi required; basic English preferred)

• Confident, persuasive, and goal-oriented personality

• Ability to handle customer objections professionally

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / CRM tools

• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets

PREFERRED SKILLS (GOOD TO HAVE):

• Experience in B2B or B2C sales

• Knowledge of lead generation and follow-up processes

• Experience in education, media, IT, or service sales

WORK DETAILS:

• Location: Delhi

• Work Mode: Work from office

• Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

• Working Days: 5.5 days per week

• Salary: As per company norms / Fixed + incentives (customizable)
