Front Desk Responsibilities

Welcome and assist members, guests, and visitors in a professional manner.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries.
Maintain visitor records and member information.
Manage appointment scheduling and bookings.
Address customer queries and complaints efficiently.
Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.

Sales Responsibilities

Generate leads through walk-ins, referrals, and follow-ups.
Explain club facilities, membership plans, and promotional offers to prospective clients.
Conduct facility tours for potential members.
Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into memberships.
Achieve monthly sales and membership targets.
Maintain sales records and prepare daily/weekly reports.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective members.
