We are hiring a candidate to handle calls and follow up on digital marketing and social media leads for secured and unsecured business loans.
The role includes:
Calling potential clients and understanding their financial requirements.
Clearly explaining our loan products and services.
Maintaining timely follow-ups to convert leads into clients.
Recording and maintaining all call details and lead information in Excel.
Requirements:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Prior sales experience is preferred, especially in finance or related fields.
Basic knowledge of Excel is required to manage client and call data efficiently.
