Navilu Group is looking for enthusiastic Sales Executives who can go beyond calling someone who can own the funnel and drive lead conversions and closures for our ongoing and upcoming real estate projects.
Location: Whitefield, Bangalore
Experience: 0-1+ years (Real Estate preferred but not mandatory)
Core Objective: Maximize qualified site visits and conversions from captured leads
Key Responsibilities:
Engage and qualify leads captured through CRM
Build strong rapport with prospects and create urgency for conversions and closures
Consistently follow up to convert enquiries into qualified leads and successful closures
Coordinate with team to ensure seamless lead handover and conversion
Track, manage, and nurture leads through CRM until final conversion
Maintain strong conversion ratios (Enquiry Closure)
What we’re looking for:
Proven experience in lead conversion / pre-sales / telecalling
Strong persuasion, objection handling & follow-up skills
Ability to work in a results-oriented, collaborative environment with a focus on quality conversions
Real estate sales experience is a strong advantage
