Key Responsibilities:
Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences in selecting premium automobiles.
Conduct vehicle presentations and demonstrations, showcasing the features and benefits of our products.
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, from initial contact to post-sale follow-up.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
Participate in promotional events and dealership activities as needed.
Qualifications:
Experience:
Freshers with a strong interest in sales and customer service are welcome to apply.
Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles in the automotive industry is a plus.
Education:
A high school diploma or equivalent is required. A degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
